  • If anything you’ve read on these pages has resonated with you, chances are that coaching might be for you! All you need is an open mind and a desire for change. However, it’s not always the right time for everyone, which is why I offer a free discovery call so you can meet me, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether coaching is the right fit for you right now.

  • Anyone with a desire to slow down, reconnect with themselves, transform from the inside out, and ultimately make aligned change across all aspects of their life and work. There’s no ‘one type’ of person that this coaching is for - I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds and identities - people in all kinds of roles and life situations!

  • Honestly? Pretty much anything and everything! I support people with life, health and wellness, career, workplace and leadership, and creative goals and dreams. However, coaching is really about working with the individual - not just the goal or challenge you’re facing - which means our work can support almost anything you bring.

  • You can find detailed information about each of the programmes here. However, if you’re still not sure, then I encourage you to book a free discovery call so that you can meet me and ask any questions needed to help you narrow down which programme might suit you best.

  • Because every programme is personalised, there’s really no such thing as a “typical” session. However, you can usually expect an initial check in - how you’re feeling, what’s come up, and any shifts or actions since last time. This naturally leads us into what you wish to explore that day. And from there, it looks a lot like many other conversations… but one that’s focussed on supporting you to connect with yourself, think, feel, and move forward. You’ll come away with new insights, awareness, perspectives, and a plan for what comes next.

  • For now, all sessions are held online over zoom. However, I’m currently working on being able to offer face-to-face sessions – so watch this space!

  • Aside from our 60 min sessions every other week, I suggest clients set aside time each week to reflect upon and integrate the learnings and actions from each session, and carry out any suggested activities which might support your transformation. How much time depends on your commitments and what comes up in each session. However, the more time you’re able to commit to the process, the greater your results will be.

  • Yes! I truly believe that change is possible for everyone – no matter what. Any thoughts to the contrary are just limiting beliefs holding you back from making a start.

  • There’s no one-size-fits all timeline when it comes to transformation. Everyone’s journey and rate of change is different. That said, many people quickly notice early shifts in clarity and awareness, whilst deeper transformation and the embodiment of change naturally takes longer. Having an open mind, trusting the process, and engaging with the work between sessions will not only support the process, but really optimise it.
