6 Month Immersion is the deepest of the three coaching programmes, designed for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the transformational process (as the name suggests!). It offers the time, space, and support needed to move from awareness and intention, to change and conscious action, to eventual embodiment.

It’s ideal for people who want to leave no stone unturned, value ongoing support as they navigate meaningful change in real time, and are ready for long-lasting transformation.

An initial Work/Life assessment to help you identify in which areas of your life and work you’re out of alignment
3 x 60 minute sessions over the space of 6 weeks
Post session notes for clarity and accountability
Email support between sessions for the duration of the programme

Relevant tools and resources shared as needed throughout the programme
