Hello!I’m Georgina (George or G to many) - a Mindset and Transformational Coach dedicated to supporting people to step into the fullest version of themselves, so they can live, work, lead, create, and love to their fullest capacity. I believe that by doing so, we not only thrive and excel, but also experience what we’re really seeking - joy, purpose, fulfilment, wholeness and alignment.
I help clients gain clarity and direction, reconnect with their true self and inner wisdom, and grow into fuller, more authentic versions of themselves. This supports them to find greater contentment and satisfaction as they move towards (and ultimately achieve!) their goals and dreams. Whether you’re considering a new direction in your career, moving through a period of change or transition in your personal life, or seeking greater balance and wellbeing, I’m here to navigate the journey with you.
We’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, release everything that no longer serves you, and create change that’s truly aligned with you. My approach is holistic, considering all aspects of you and your life to support both your growth and your wellbeing, and help you create lasting and sustainable change.
I’ve experienced misalignment, navigated health and wellbeing challenges, and eventually rediscovered my sense of self and purpose. The journey to alignment never really ends – we’re always growing, evolving, and discovering new parts of ourselves – but I know firsthand that transformation is absolutely possible!

Mindset and Transformational coaching are two forms of coaching that I offer, depending on your needs and where you’re at:
Mindset coaching works at the level of the mind (as the name suggests!).
We explore the beliefs, assumptions and stories that shape how you think, feel, respond and show up every day. We celebrate and harness the helpful beliefs and patterns, and get curious about the unhelpful ones keeping you stuck. Then we challenge, reframe and transform them so you can think, act, perform, and live from a more intentional, confident and empowering place.
Transformational coaching goes deeper…
It’s less about ‘doing’, and more about ‘being’ and ‘becoming’. Here we explore who you are at your core - your values, inner wisdom, emotional landscape, strengths, desires and what feels truly aligned. This work supports deeper self-connection and understanding, clarity and authentic change. This might look like redefining what success or purpose means to you; showing up in your work, relationships, or other roles as a fuller and more ‘you’ version of yourself; setting healthier boundaries; prioritising what genuinely matters; or making aligned changes in your life - whether in career, lifestyle, creativity or wellbeing - that reflect who you are becoming rather than old habits, fear, or external pressures and expectations.
In practice, these two types of coaching can be deeply interconnected. Mindset work often supports transformational work by helping you let go of limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts, and step into a fuller version of yourself. However, some people come to me just for mindset support - confidence, imposter syndrome, navigating transitions, health and wellbeing challenges, creative growth, or simply getting out of their own way. Either is welcome and celebrated – it’s my job to meet you where you are and guide you through a personalised, intuitive process!

That said, it’s not always the right time for everyone. That’s why I offer a free discovery call - essentially a taster session where you can meet me, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether coaching is the right fit for you right now. There’s no pressure and no commitment.
