Hello!I’m Georgina - Transformational coach, here to help you come back into alignment in all areas of your life.

Who I Am
When asked to describe myself, my usual answer is: “I’m just me.” I appreciate that’s not very helpful though, so… I’m a daughter, sister, girlfriend, friend, and through-and-through country gal. Someone who’s happiest and most at home outside in nature (preferably with my dog, Tati), but can otherwise be found running, walking, or in the gym, spending quality time with loved ones, or absorbed in one of my many wellness practices - yoga, breathwork, Pilates, meditation, hot/cold plunges etc… take your pick!
I firmly believe orange is the greatest colour of all time, I’d have cake with every meal if I could, and I can often be found with both a hard-hitting personal development, spirituality or psychology book and a Jilly Cooper novel on the go at the same time.
And like everyone I work with, I’m still very much on the journey - a never-ending journey of learning, growth, self-discovery, connection and becoming more myself over time.

My Story
Early Years
From as early as I can remember, I was a hard-wired over-achiever - conscientious, perfectionistic, and constantly aware of the emotions and expectations of the people around me. I pushed myself hard, was my own worst critic, rarely settled for “good enough”, and often sacrificed what I wanted to do for what I thought I ‘should’ do.
My first real wake-up call came in my mid-teens (although I didn’t see it as that at the time), when glandular fever progressed into chronic fatigue syndrome, several years of illness, disability, loss, setbacks, and a slow process rebuilding. Looking back on it now, it seems my body was simply saying: you can’t keep going like this.
Although one of the hardest periods of my life, it gave me space away from the treadmill of education and helped me realise how much I wanted to do something meaningful and that really made a positive difference in the world.
Rediscovery of Self
When I returned home, I knew I couldn’t resume my old life. So, I took a leap. With no clear plan, I stepped away from physiotherapy and - with the help of an incredible coach - set out in search of a new path . For the first time, I explored who I really was - what I valued, stood for, felt energised by and called to do. It reminded me of the deep desire to empower others which first drew me to physiotherapy, and helped me realise that the time spent 1:1 with patients, listening deeply, offering safe and compassionate space, and guiding them through challenges, was what truly lit me up.
And so, the realisation came to me one morning, mid meditation (cliché but true): by pursuing a career in coaching, I could combine my passions, skills, life experience, and knowledge into a career that felt truly aligned with that desire to empower people.
“The grief seemed to flip a switch inside me, and I was no longer able to ignore my inner truth.”
Feeling out of Alignment
Once I recovered, that desire led me into a career as a physiotherapist in the NHS. I worked across a range of specialties and loved many aspects of the job, but something just never felt right.
Then suddenly and unexpectedly - and in pretty quick succession - I lost two people very dear to me, bringing everything into sharp focus. The grief seemed to flip a switch inside me, and I was no longer able to ignore my inner truth. From the outside, I had a great life - a good career, loving relationship, vibrant life surrounded by friends and family - but inside, I felt depleted, disconnected and stuck. My work drained me, and I lived for weekends and holidays. I knew deep down that something had to change - and that a happier, more fulfilled life was possible.
That’s when I threw myself into learning, healing, and growth. I wanted to learn everything I could about mental health, psychology, spirituality, and self-development, in the hope of finding the happiness (or at least contentment) I’d lost somewhere along the way. But as I went deeper, it became clear I was on a path that wasn't right for me.
Travelling Southeast Asia for four months during this time was another big turning point. Being removed from the stress, external pressures and misalignment of daily life was transformational. I reconnected with myself and threw myself into spiritual, mindfulness, and holistic practices. And as a result, experienced drastic improvements in all areas of my wellbeing, making me appreciate just how powerful the effects of misalignment can be.
“In essence, I help people come back into alignment. Whether their challenges, goals or dreams are personal, professional, creative, wellbeing-related or something else entirely, my mission is to help them move forward with clarity, wholeness, joy and ease.”
Living in Alignment
Which brings us to now. Now qualified as a coach, I’m combining my life experiences, background in physiotherapy, and self-taught knowledge to support people as they reconnect with themselves, tap into their inner wisdom and brilliance, and step into the fullest version of themselves. In essence, I support them to come back into alignment. Whether their challenges, goals or dreams are personal, professional, creative, wellbeing-related or something else entirely, my mission is to help them move forward with clarity, wholeness, joy and ease.
I’ve experienced the effects of misalignment, inauthenticity and a loss of connection from self firsthand, but I also know that a different way of living, being, and working is possible. It often just takes a little support, and a lot of courage! And rest assured, I’m very much still on the journey myself - because it never really ends!
Everyone is capable of growth, change, and transformation - no matter our past, patterns, or where we begin!
We each have an innate wisdom that acts as our inner compass. Therefore, the answers are already within us!
Nobody is broken. Coaching isn’t about fixing - it’s about reconnecting with who you really are and stepping into the fullest version of yourself.
Living in alignment with who we truly are is the key to greater joy, ease, fulfilment, and wellbeing, and allows us to unlock our potential and thrive.
Misalignment takes its toll physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Coming back into alignment transforms how we feel, live, and work.
Transformation happens through connection. We are able to make change when we feel seen, understood, supported, and not alone in the work.
I Believe...
My Approach
My approach to coaching is holistic. I consider all aspects of you and your life, because long-lasting change can’t happen out of context. My work is grounded in psychology, personal development, spirituality and wellbeing principles.
Although my programmes don’t follow a fixed structure, they’re underpinned by a set of core principles and themes that form the foundations of transformation. Each session is led by what you feel drawn to explore on the day, while still keeping your bigger goals in mind. I blend mindset coaching with transformational coaching (see my FAQs for more on these). The two often overlap, but some people come to me purely for mindset support - which is absolutely welcome too.
Unsurprisingly, I like to work in a relaxed and authentic way, prioritising the quality of the partnership above all else. I encourage you to leave your masks and roles at the door (as much as feels comfortable) and to use the space however you need. And whilst conversations can sometimes be challenging or confronting, I try to bring in lightness, and a playful, creative dynamic wherever possible - because this work is fun, too!
Ultimately, my approach supports you to reconnect with yourself and move into greater alignment - so you can live, work, lead, create, and love to your fullest capacity, and experience the joy, purpose, fulfilment, wholeness and ease that so many are missing.
Who I Work With
I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds and identities - people in all kinds of roles and life situations, whether working, building or creating, raising a family, reinventing, or exploring what’s next. My clients have included coaches, parents, teachers, people in the corporate world, and a debut author, to name a few.
They all share a desire for greater joy, purpose, fulfilment, peace, wholeness and wellbeing. They want to understand themselves more deeply, step into a fuller and more authentic version of who they are, and then navigate their challenges, goals or dreams from that version of themselves. They also appreciate a holistic, human approach that takes all aspects of them and their life into account.

Qualifications & Experience
I am an accredited Transformative Coach (with Animas Centre for Coaching) which means I’m able to work at a deeper level and support long-lasting change, not just the achievement of surface-level goals.
I have a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and worked across a range of specialties during my time in the NHS. It was here that I saw the mind-body connection at play and the impact that stress, misalignment, and mental and emotional health can have on our physical wellbeing.
Before my degree, I trained as a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist at the London School of Sports Massage (fun fact about me!). I now mostly use these skills to help friends and family in need.
Across soft tissue therapy, physiotherapy, and coaching, I have over eight years of experience working closely with individuals in helping professions - supporting people through challenge, change, uncertainty, vulnerability and growth.
I experienced a major period of burnout and illness between the ages of 16-20, which sparked my lifelong passion for wellbeing, nervous system regulation, alignment, stress management and living in a way that supports our health and wellness.
I’ve also navigated several pivotal life transitions (some through choice, others necessity), including a complete career change. It’s given me firsthand insight into the fear, excitement, loss, identity struggles and shifts, self-doubt, and uncertainty that can come during these periods of change.
If you’ve made it this far, then thank you!
If you’d like to explore working together, you can take a look at my coaching programmes or book a discovery call. And if you don’t quite feel ready, you’re always welcome to drop me a message with any questions.
I look forward to hopefully meeting you soon!
